The 40-year-old author, took to Twitter on the pop-sensation's 23rd birthday to say, "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living my baby you'll be @justinbieber! #HappyBirthdayJustinBieber."
The adorable quote is originally from Robert Munsch's children's book, 'Love You Forever.'
The 'Love Yourself' singer shared a nostalgic photo of him and captioned it as, "It's my birthday and all I want is to be a better friend, better brother, better son and better man."
