Former Home Secretary and Member of Parliament from Arrah, RK Singh on Friday ruled out any terror link in the Civil Court bomb blast which took place earlier in the day.
"Prima facie is that the blast happened to aid a prisoner to escape. It doesn't seem like a terrorist attack," R.K. Singh told ANI.
Two people were killed with a further 17 left injured after a crude bomb exploded inside the Arrah Civil Court premises in Bihar's Bhojpur District. As per reports, a woman and a police constable were killed in the blast.
