A case has been filed against retired IAS officer Krishna Bihari Prasad Sinha's son Nikhil Priyadarshi in connection with sex racket case involving Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) vice-president Brajesh Pandey.

The development came two days after a case was lodged against Pandey for allegedly running a sex racket and sexually exploiting a minor girl along with Priyadarshi.

The duo was booked following the girl, who is the daughter of a former Bihar minister and Congress leader, had accused both Pandey and Priyadarshi of sexually exploiting her and running a sex racket.

Pandey, who had contested the 2015 Assembly polls on a Congress ticket in Gobindganj constituency, has resigned from the party post after his name surfaced in the case.

While Priyadarshi, who is son of a retired Jharkhand-cadre IAS official and an automobile dealer is absconding.

Further probe is underway and police is trying to nab Priyadarshi, who is reportedly the main accused.
