Model Chloe Goins, who has accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting her, is filling criminal charges against the comedian with the help of her attorney Spencer Kuvin.
Goins is approaching LAPD headquarters claiming that she is the victim of sexual assault at the hands of Cosby, TMZ.com reported.
The model alleged in 2008 that she woke up naked in a bedroom with Cosby sucking her toes and masturbating after he slipped something in her drink.
