Simon Cowell has been warned to stay away from pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman's son Adam, from her former husband Andrew Silverman.
The 54-year-old music mogul has been banned from seeing the 36-year-old New York socialite's 7-year-old, and if he ever came in contact with him, he would have to pay 50,000 dollars as fine, the Mirror reported.
The bizarre legal agreement, which mentions that if the 'Syco' boss should happen to see him 3 times, she will lose all contact with her son until a court is able to intervene and decide what to do, has been made as part of the divorce settlement between Lauren and her estranged husband Andrew.
The ban, which also prevents Adam from calling anyone other than them "mother" or "father", is said to be in place till January 2015.
