BJP National Secretary RP Singh slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over the display of his name at the Chhatrasal stadium saying that Kejriwal is a 'megalomaniac' and that it is a 'black day in the history of Delhi'.

"It is very clear that the Chief Minister is a megalomaniac who can see none other than himself. He does not see anything beyond himself. It is sad that he is misusing the kids to highlight his own name," Singh told ANI here.

He also accused Kejriwal of putting his name above the country and said the Delhi Chief Minister's priority has always been himself, be it his governance or his way of handling matters.

However, Kejriwal said that he was not aware that the students were planning to do such a thing and asserted that it was a 'wrong practice'.

"Some school students made visual formation of my name during independence celebrations. I was not at all aware that students would do this. I am told it has been a practice in Delhi Govt. to form visual formation of whoever chief guest is (CM or LG). I agree this is a wrong practice. I will stop this practice forthwith," Kejriwal said on Twitter.
