The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday lodged a complaint with the Election Commission (EC) against leaders of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Janata Dal (United) for allegedly using indecent words for BJP president Amit Shah.

RJD chief Lalu Yadav had earlier called Shah a 'cannibal', saying, "The whole world knows about Amit Shah's role in the 2002 Gujarat riots. He is a 'narbhakshi'."

He added that it was beyond his understanding that why Shah was walking around fearless in Bihar ahead of the Assembly polls.
