The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday criticised Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal's remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foreign policy, accusing the former Delhi chief minister of trying to be 'relevant in the media'.
"It's amusing that... Kejriwal on a foreign trip is [throwing accusations]. His entire politics is based only on accusations and on being a self-proclaimed anarchist. It is not based on facts and it's not based on ideology. It's based completely on trying to be relevant in the media at any cost," BJP spokesperson Nalin Kohli told ANI.
Kohli was reacting to Kejriwal's remarks at Columbia University, where the AAP chief reportedly stated that politicians should go abroad for substantive policy and not for 'entertainment value'.
