A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) delegation met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kolkata on Saturday.
"We spoke about the issue of law and order situation which is prevailing in Bengal right now. We also told them that the inquiry which is being held in Saradha scam should be quick," said party leader Rahul Sinha.
Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi launched the 'Pradhan Mantri Jivan Jyoti Bima Yojana', 'Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana' and the 'Atal Pension Yojana' in Kolkata.
