The Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) met Union Minister for Power Piyush Goyal here today.
The meeting was held in lieu of the ongoing power and water crisis in the city.
The city has been reeling under long outages for the last 16 days after electricity transmission networks were severely damaged by a devastating hailstorm on May 30.
Congress leaders have been continuously protesting from past few days in various areas of Delhi led by Arvinder Singh Lovely.
Earlier today similar protests were held in Seemapur and Patparganj area of Delhi where protesters not only demanded immediate action but also refused to end the protests till further improvement.
