BJP parliamentary party lauds government initiatives under PM Modi's leadership

Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal on Tuesday said the parliamentary party of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appreciated the initiatives taken by the Government of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"The BJP parliamentary party in its meeting has placed on record its appreciation of the initiatives taken by the Government of India under the dynamic leadership of (Prime Minister) Shri Narendra Modi during his first year in office for ensuring social security of the poor and vulnerable sections of the society and for setting in motion a comprehensive strategy for inclusive and rapid economic development," Goyal told ANI here.

 

"The BJP parliamentary party has commended (Prime Minister) Shri Narendra Modi for arresting the drift in governance, infusing the much-desired sense of purpose and for radically, including the governance architecture through co-operative federalism, as also providing transparent and accountable governance and enhancing the country's image among the international community," he added.

The Power Minister further said that the BJP parliamentary party expressed confidence that the government would continue to fulfil the promises made to the people of India in the coming year.

"The BJP parliamentary party has expressed confidence that under the leadership of (Prime Minister) Modi ji, the government will continue to fulfil the promises made to the people of India in the coming year," he added.

The BJP parliamentary party at its meeting held today adopted a resolution appreciating the initiatives taken by the government during the first year of in office.

According to the resolution, the initiatives will help in ensuring social security of the poor and vulnerable sections of the society and for setting in motion a comprehensive strategy for inclusive and rapid economic development.
