The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday staged a walkout from the Karnataka assembly after the ruling Congress party accused them of being corrupt.

Amidst the on-going state budget session in Karnataka legislative assembly, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah accused the BJP of being 90% corrupt.

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said, "If our party is 10% corrupt then the BJP ruling at the centre is 90 % corrupt".

MLA Jagadish Shetter further asked the Chief Minister to prove his allegations and accused the party of committing corruptions across all the economic sectors.

The BJP then marched out of the assembly as the session had to be adjourned following an uproar from both the ruling and the opposition party.
