New York's Mayor Michael Bloomberg has disclosed his recipe of success to be working for longer hours and taking few bathroom breaks.
Bloomberg suggests strong work ethics and taking calculated risks, claiming to be his reason for self-made success, the New York Daily News reports.
He shared a few tips to success with his listeners on his weekly radio appearance on the John Gambling show.
He said that one needs to leave conventional wisdom and take calculated risks in order to succeed.
Bloomberg was fired from Salomon Brothers in 1981. He then started the information technology company that became the media giant Bloomberg LP.
Other tips included owning up to mistakes, being persistent, generous and putting other needs before your own.
