According to the Gwinnett County Sheriff jail (in Georgia) records, Taiwo Sobamowo, who was in charge of looking after this late aspiring singer, was also charged with financial identity fraud and false identification documents, reports E! Online.

The daughter of songster couple Bobby Brown and late Whitney Houston was under Sobamowo's care after she was found unconscious and facedown in her bathtub on January 31, 2015. She was placed in a medically induced coma and passed away at the age of 22 on July 26, 2015.

Ever since Kristina passed away, there has been an ongoing investigation and a couple of lawsuits involving some of the people who were closest to her.

Before her death, a 10 million dollar civil lawsuit was filed against Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon. The suit claimed Gordon abused Bobbi Kristina physically and wired money from her bank account without authorization.

In August, the suit was amended to include a wrongful death allegation.
