With the 80th birthday of the 14th Dalai Lama Bollywood celebs took to Twitter to extend their wishes, thanking him for his valuable teachings.
Marking the celebration Kabir Khan tweeted, "Wishing His Holiness Dalai Lama happiness on his 80th Birthday and thanking him for his wisdom, humility and teachings. @DalaiLama"
Actress Dia Mirza tweeted, "Happy Birthday Dalai Lama thank you for helping me become a better person."
Celebrity chef Vikas Khanna also paid his wishes, writing, "Happy 80th Birthday HH the Dalai Lama. Thank you for making me feel that failure is not the end, but just..."
Previously, his holiness' was presented with a cake at Glastonbury Festival main stage to mark his birthday.
