Bomb attacks target Afghan prez candidate Abdullah's convoy in Kabul city

Two bomb blasts occurred near Afghan presidential candidate Abdullah Abdullah's rally in western Kabul.

The bombs exploded outside a hotel in western Kabul where Abdullah was holding a rally.

According to Voice of Russia, the bombs struck Abdullah's car and injured his bodyguards.

Abdullah said that when he was leaving the rally from the People's Islamic Unity Party, his car was hit by a roadside bomb and damaged.
