Liam Neeson has revealed that U2 frontman Bono's comforting words helped his teenage sons cope with their mum Natasha Richardson's death in 2009.
The 'Taken' star said in a recent interview on '60 Minutes' that the 53-year-old musician is a longtime pal and once when he came for dinner at his house, he asked his son Michael what was his age, Contactmusic reported.
When Michael said 13, Bono revealed that he was at the same age when he lost his mum, the actor asserted.
Neeson added that he wanted to kiss Bono when he told his son that he was doing fine after his mum's death and Michael will be fine as well.
Richardson died after suffering a traumatic brain injury following a skiing accident.
