WBA super-middleweight champion Carl Froch has revealed that he would probably chuck someone in the River Thames as he takes his first steps into Hollywood while considering his future in boxing.
Froch would make his Hollywood debut in a film called 'Once Upon a Time In London' and he has consulted legends such as Samuel L Jackson for tips. The boxer revealed that he would play a tough guy or villain.
The Nottingham fighter said that he would probably be chucking someone in the River Thames, the BBC reported.
Froch, who admits he is in a bit of a dilemma whether he should continue his boxing career, would not be the first fighter to swap his gloves for the glare of the camera.
Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson played a cameo role in recent Hollywood hit The Hangover, while Irish former middleweight champion Steve Collins held a minor part in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
Froch said that he is by no stage of the imagination an actor, adding that he doesn't believe that one is listening to the next Robert De Niro. He claimed that former footballer Vinnie Jones did well out of it, adding that he believes former Commonwealth diver Jason Statham did well from no real experience and they've gone on to have good careers.

Froch revealed that when he was on the Jonathan Ross Show he met Sir Ben Kingsley, acting royalty, adding that he has met Samuel L Jackson, Michael Douglas. He said that he has been talking to them and asking how they got into it, adding that nobody became a superstar overnight.
Froch, who has 33 wins from 35 fights, last competed when he knocked out George Groves at Wembley Stadium in May 2014, the report added.
