A person has been arrested in connection with an explosion at Patna Junction parking lot on Monday afternoon.
"When we heard the loud sound, we thought it was a tyre burst. But, later, we understood that it was a bomb explosion. A boy, who was running from the spot, was arrested by police," said a witness.
Police inspector Pramod Kumar claimed that the blast was of a cracker, adding that police were investigating the matter.
"One of the kids busted the cracker. We are investigating the matter. He had one or two friends with him. We are trying to detain them. There has been no injury or casualty," he said.
