A university graduate from Britain thinks that her slim figure, attractive face and glossy hair made her a target for sleazy advances from male colleagues and bitchiness from jealous females.
Laura Fernee, 33, who studied science and medical research, said that her good looks have caused massive problems for her when it comes to employment, so she has made the decision that employment just isn't for her at the moment.
Workplace bullying and harassment left her with no choice but to quit her last job in medical research in 2011, the Mirror reported.
Male colleagues were only interested in her for how she looked, she said.
Even though she wanted them to recognise her achievements and professionalism, all they saw was her face and body, she said.
After discussing how she felt with her wealthy retired parents, Fernee quit and, apart from occasional modelling, has not worked since.
