A British student has decided to have gay sex in front of a crowd for a project entitled 'Art School Stole My Virginity'.
Clayton Pettet, who is set to lose his virginity before an audience of between 50 and 100 in Hackney, believes that his 'performance art project' will earn him rave reviews for challenging the idea of sexuality, the Daily Star reported.
The 19-year-old second-year student at Central Saint Martins art school said that the key thing about performance art is that it should only be performed once, and has claimed that his project is "the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime performance".
Pettet and his friend, will engage in safe sex until completion before asking the audience what they thought of the performance, at the invite only event.
However, the Lesbian and Gay Christian Movement reckons that the project, which will take place on January 25 next year, is not art as it cheapens the special relationship of sex between loving partners.
