It has been revealed that Bruce Jenner is facing wrongful death lawsuit by car crash victim Kim Howe's estranged stepchildren.

Howe died after Jenner slammed into her car and sent her into oncoming traffic on Malibu's PCH on February 7th, TMZ.com reported.

Howe, who has no living direct relatives following her husband's 2003 death, did not have a relationship with the stepchildren filing the lawsuit. And despite being estranged, the two stepchildren are entitled to file a wrongful death lawsuit under California law.

As per sources, the lawyer for one of the stepchildren has already asked his client to find as many pictures and other evidence showing some relationship between himself and Howe to help establish damages in the lawsuit.

However, the stepchildren will not inherit her property as she has a trust with millions in assets that are earmarked for charity and there's a will with a modest amount 55k dollars that also benefits various animal charities, including, PETA, Lange Foundation, PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society), Doris Day Animal League and The Elephant Sanctuary of Tennessee.
