Bruce Jenner is reportedly fighting back after his name came up in a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from a car accident which took his neighbour's life.
The 65-year-old Olympian has filed paperwork asking the judge to throw the suit, which was filed by the stepchildren of crash victim Kim Howe, Dana Redmond and William Howe, out, reported Us magazine.
In the original paperwork, the pair sought retribution after suffering enormous damages, which they specifically blamed Jenner for. But now, the reality TV star's legal team has claimed that Redmond and Howe were not financially dependent upon their elderly stepmother for the necessities of life.
The tragic accident took place on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on February 7.
