A Bulgarian football club has reportedly sacked one of their players after he allegedly skipped a match to have a mud bath.
Lokomotiv Sofia manager Stefan Genov announced that the outfit has sacked midfielder Martin Dimitrov, who was missing from the club's clash with current league champions Ludogorets.
According to Sport24, Genov said that Dimitrov ducked out of the game, which they lost 4-0, in order to go and have the mud bath, adding that he has now been sacked after an investigation.
However, Dimitrov has denied the allegations but is yet to appeal against the club, which he claimed is his boyhood side, cancelling his deal, the report added.
