McLaren star, Jenson Button, has recently joined the Mercedes' Spa controversy by terming Nico Rosberg's stunt of taking out his teammate before advancing to the second position in the race as "a silly mistake."
Button said that he did not believe that Rosberg hit his teammate on purpose, reported The Mirror. He added that the F1 had too much to be proud of after an exhilarating season including the controversy between Mercedes teammates Lewis Hamilton and Rosberg.
He also rubbished reports that suggested he was contemplating moving out of McLaren to world endurance racing like Mark Webber.
