The recently emerged video of Caitlyn Jenner's Malibu fatal car crash, which took place when she was known as Bruce Jenner, has revealed that there's no law for reality stars and they can never catch a felony.

The footage clearly showed that the 65-year-old American reality star's SUV smashed into Kim Howe's Lexus and a black Prius, but still L.A. County Sheriff's investigators believed that Jenner was simply inattentive and named it a Driving With Head Up Ass (DWHUA) case, TMZ.com reported.

The sources informed that investigators would seemingly conclude the former Olympian's car crash case as an ordinary negligence that could bring misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter as the highest possible charge on the TV personality.

Investigators would also not mention any extenuating circumstances like texting, drinking, drugs, or yakking on the phone as the reason of the crash.

Notably, when cops present a case like this, it gets dismissed altogether.
