Caitlyn Jenner has recently filed legal document to hold the driver of the Prius partially responsible for the fatal Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) crash.
Sources revealed that the 66-year-old reality star has filed a cross-complaint against driver Jessica Steindorff, the Prius driver, who was in front of Jenner at the time of the February 2015 crash, reports TMZ.com.
It was previously reported the 'I Am Cait' star's SUV crashed into the Lexus, driven by Kim Howe, then continued on to strike the Prius. The Lexus careened into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Hummer, killing Howe.
In the new legal documents, Jenner said that if she's on the hook, she wants Steindorff to absorb at least partial responsibility.
