Caitlyn Jenner just got lucky as the Los Angeles County District Attorney has reportedly rejected the fatal car crash case against Jenner based on the facts that her conduct was not unreasonable.
In order of this, the 'I Am Cait' star will not be charged with vehicular manslaughter or any other crime because of her involvement in the fatal car crash in February, the Mirror reported.
The 65-year-old former Olympian recently said in an interview that as far as he remembers he wasn't speeding and was going 46 in a 50 also his air bag didn't even go off.
Jenner was driving a black Escalade when it crashed into a Lexus, which was pushed into oncoming traffic, leaving one woman dead on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California.
