The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday filed a petition in the Madras High Court to cancel the interim anticipatory bail of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leader Dayanidhi Maran.
Maran was granted anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court on June 30 in connection with the running of illegal telephone exchange from his residence and his Sun TV office.
