Ceasefire violation: Jawan killed in J-K's KG Sector

An Indian Army jawan was killed in a ceasefire violation carried out by Pakistan along the Line of Control (LoC) in Krishna Ghati Sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

Pakistan carried out ceasefire violation at around 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon to which Indian Army retaliated strongly and effectively.

The deceased army jawan has been identified as Sepoy Pawan Singh Sugra, who was grievously injured and succumbed to his injuries.

Sepoy Sugra,21, belonged to Village Sugri, PO Chaurpal, Tehsil Gangolihat, District Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand and is survived by his parents.
