Celebrities have come in unison to shower their love and support to singer-cum-actress Demi Lovato, who was hospitalised yesterday after she allegedly overdosed on a drug.
The singer was found unconscious at her home in Hollywood Hills, after which she was rushed to the hospital.
Taking to her Twitter handle, American comedian and actor Ellen DeGeneres tweeted, "I love @DDLovato so much. It breaks my heart that she is going through this. She is a light in this world, and I am sending my love to her and her family."
"Like all of you I am reeling at the news about Demi. All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well. She is a fighter. #prayfordemi," American singer-songwriter Nick Jonas wrote.
Meanwhile, Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra tweeted, "Strength and prayers???? @ddlovato #PrayForDemi"
American singer Ariana Grande sent her support with a simple "i love u @ddlovato" message.

After celebrating six years of sobriety in March, the singer released a new single 'Sober' last month to confirm that she was not sober anymore.
In the video, Lovato laments and sings, "Momma, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore. Daddy, please forgive me for the spilled drinks on the floor. The ones who never left me, we've been down this road before. I'm so sorry; I'm not sober anymore."
It should be noted that Lovato has been struggling with substance abuse for years and gave fans a sneak peek into her life when she talked about her struggles with addiction in the documentary- 'Simply Complicated' .
Meanwhile, the American singer's upcoming concert in Atlantic City has been cancelled in the wake of her hospitalisation, according to Variety magazine.
