Charlie Sheen's fiance, Brett Rossi, is legally married to someone else.
Jeff Ballard, the spokesperson of Sheen, said that the adult film actress still has a divorce to settle and it's just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system, People magazine reported.
The spokesman said that Sheen is well aware of Scottie's situation, referring to Rossi's nickname, and that the divorce proceedings aren't a problem for him at all.
The spokesperson further added that Scottie is separated from this guy for two years.
