Seems like Charlie Sheen's financial well is really running dry as he has now asked for a drastic reduction in his child supports.
According to court documents, the 50-year-actor, who currently pays 55,000 dollars per month to former wife Brooke Mueller for the former couple's twins, Bob and Max, has requested a reduction in the amount of child support, People magazine reported.
Sheen, who was once making 613,000 dollars per month from the 'Two and a Half Man' series that he left in 2011, argues that he should pay less child support now because he has seen a dramatic decrease in his income from when the agreement was made.
He said that he had to sell his rights to the show for a total sum of 26,750,000 dollars, but didn't reveal what happened to the stash. He added that he now averages 87,384 dollars a month and last month got a sum of 6,261 dollars.
The 50-year-old, who recently revealed he is HIV positive, adds that he spends about 105,000 dollars in bills and other fees, and spends an additional 25,000 dollars per month in medical costs not covered by his insurance.
The original agreement was made in February of 2011. A hearing for Sheen's request is scheduled for April 13.
Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com reported that the same day the 'Anger Management' star filed documents attempting to reduce his child support payments to Mueller, he also filed nearly identical documents aimed at slashing his support to Denise Richards.
As per insiders, the request for child support order and declaration of income and expenses was filed on March 2. Both women are currently paid 55,000 dollars a month in child support, a situation Sheen says he can no longer afford.
