Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf chief Imran Khan has reportedly said that he does not represent Taliban and strongly objected the outfit's violent methods to implement Islamic law in the country.

The PTI chief said that the group could not impose Islamic law through barrel of a gun, adding that Taliban needed to accept that change will only come in Pakistan through elections and the constitutional process.

Khan is if the opinion that the peace talks between Talban and the government will most probably yield no result and that subsequent military operation will result in an increase in terrorism in the country, the Dawn reported.

The chief also said that US drone attacks had to be stopped in order to prevent obstructions in the peace process, adding that the announcement of stopping drone strikes by the US during the peace talks would prove to be a big plus point.
