Chelsea Clinton has knocked at Hollywood's door and asked them to promote more smart and sexy female characters in films to help the waning interest of American girls in math and the sciences.
During an interview on CNN on Friday, the former US president Bill Clinton's daughter said that we need Hollywood to make movies and television shows about sexy female engineers, the Politico reported.
She said that girls are not seeing woman role models, instead they're seeing boys who are astronauts or engineers, who start Facebook or Google, and its really hard to imagine yourself as something that you don't see, particularly when you're a kid.
Clinton's family foundation is supporting a social action campaign, which produced the film 'Girl Rising', that is based on girls' education and will be airing on CNN Sunday evening.
