Chelsea has slipped up in the race for the Premier League title following a goalless draw with West Ham United on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge.
The result meant that West Ham avoided their 14th defeat in 17 meetings against Chelsea, but they remain in the bottom three, while the hosts stay two points adrift of Arsenal but are three behind Manchester City.
According to the BBC, although Chelsea controlled the match, they were frustrated by a stout defence from West Ham, with Oscar having a shot touched onto the bar by Adrian, who also kept out efforts from John Terry and Samuel Eto'o.
The report mentioned that Eto'o thought he had scored late on after assuming the West Ham keeper had wrongly placed the ball for a free-kick, but his effort was disallowed.
