Chelsea continued their unbeaten streak under manager Guus Hiddink after they were forced to settle with a goalless draw against Watford in their Premier League clash at the Vicarage Road Stadium.
Chelsea, who remained in possession throughout the match, was, however, unable to score despite star striker Diego Costa nearly scoring a late winner, the Guardian reported.
With the draw, Chelsea have now climbed up to the 13th spot in league standings while Watford are sixth in the table.
Chelsea, which sacked Jose Mourinho after their repeated poor performances, will now lock horns with fifth-placed Manchester United on February 7.
