The advertisement mentions that the girl must be under 25, over 1.68m tall, weigh less than 50kg, have a bachelor degree at a minimum and must be a virgin, News.com.au reported.
The post on China's leading social networking website, Weibo came from an account called Host of Henan newscast, which has the picture of the man sitting behind a pile of cash.
He has explained that he has been too busy working on projects to find a girlfriend and has confirmed that his offer is genuine, to the Chinese media.
