Chris Brown has finally received a green signal to leave Philippines, after being held there for three days over fraud allegations.
Brown had been in Manila for his performance, however, after a promoter filed a complaint against him for allegedly bailing on a New Year's Eve concert, the government stopped him from flying back, TMZ.com reported.
The singer, who was to cancel a show in Hong Kong due to the ordeal, was finally given a permission a certificate to leave, after which he boarded a private jet and headed for his Macau performing.
