Chris Brown and his bodyguard have been sued for a total of 3 million dollars by a man who claims that the duo beat him up outside a Washington hotel after berating him with homophobic slurs.

According to TMZ.com, the 'Kiss Kiss' hit maker's attack victim, Parker Adams, claimed that Brown told him that "he ain't down with that gay s***" before punching his face and breaking his nose.

However, the 24-year-old singer has denied any misdeeds on his part and claimed that it was Adams who was attempting to board his tour bus when the altercation took place.

Adams now wants Brown and his guard Christopher Hollosy to pay up 1 million-dollar each for his medical bills and another 500,000 dollars from each for punitive damages.
