When Chris Pratt recalls being fat, and the only words on his mouth were "Holy crap, I've never seen myself funnier."

After gaining and losing weight for years, the 35-year-old actor, who is finally in shape, said that when he was fat, he felt impotent, fatigued, emotionally depressed and had real health issues that were affecting him in a major way, reports E! Online.

The 'Parks and Recreation' star who voluntarily gained weight for his roles, added that gaining weight was easy, but losing it was hard. At his heaviest, Pratt weighed 300 lbs.

The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' actor added that when he was fat and unhappy, the only moments of respite he got was when he was eating but now mealtimes were sometimes lame because that's the way it can be when you're eating healthily.
