According to sources, the 'Your Body' hitmaker is in a state of paranoia as she knows that there's a chance that producers will decide to keep Gwen who replaced her as judge for this season could keep her permanently if the latter's ratings turn out well, the Contactmusic reported.
The Grammy winner who recently gave birth to her daughter, Summer, is also worried about singer Taylor Swift, joining the show as an advisor.
