Australian Test captain Michael Clarke has said that he will be fit to play in the second Ashes Test against England in Adelaide.

According to News.com.au, Australia defeated England by 381 runs in the first Test in Brisbane and skipper Michael Clarke said an unchanged line-up was a welcome sign of progress.

Australia hasn't retained the same XI since the first two Tests last summer against South Africa, the report said.

Clarke challenged his men to keep the momentum from the first Test triumph bubbling, warning one false move would let England back in the series, the report said.

Clarke also believes there will be result despite the barren state of the pitch as there have been 12 results in the past 15 Adelaide Tests, the report added.
