A new study has revealed that 22 percent of diners consider "clicking pictures of food and posting them online" as unacceptable table behavior.

Chef Michel Roux Jr, who runs La Gavroche in London, said that it should be flattering but it annoys him when people take photos of their food as it's disrupts the people around them and it spoils that person's enjoyment of the meal, the Daily Express reported.

According to the research by Rachel's organic dairy products, it was also found that reality TV talk annoys 31 per cent while boasts of children's achievements irritates 24 per cent.

Historically, placing elbows on the dinner table was considered among the biggest dining faux pas but it was now frowned upon by only 16 per cent.
