George Clooney has won the privacy and paparazzi laws for his Italian villa that has cleared his way to wed, Amal Alamuddin.
Local mayor Roberto Pozzi said that they had to guarantee security for Clooney and his guests, the Mirror reported.
Pozzi said that it was now completely forbidden to stop outside the entrance to the 53-year-old actor's villa as it was a question of traffic and security.
The mayor added that it was very dangerous and it was also an issue of privacy and they had never penalized anyone in the past.
According to the new law, fans or paparazzi will now face a 400 pounds fine for loitering round, stopping at or even swimming up to Clooney's villa on Lake Como.
