In the snap, the 37-year-old model looked stunning in a revealing white sundress while the 58-year-old rapper looked dapper in a pair of bright red shorts, and baby Chanel sported a yellow onesie and matching headband, reports E! Online.
Additionally, Coco also shared a sweet close-up picture of her adorable daughter donning a ruffly outfit.
The two, who are also parents to son Tracy Marrow and to daughter Letesha, have welcomed their Chanel on November 28 2015.
