Comcast has reportedly emerged as a victor in the Consumerist's annual poll to find America's worst company.

Comcast managed to defeat its first three opponents-Yahoo, Facebook, and Verizon-without giving up more than 30 percent of the vote, Cnet reported.

Meanwhile, Comcast Executive Vice President David Cohen reportedly told the Senate Judiciary Committee that it bothers the company that it has so much trouble delivering a really high-quality service level to its customers on a consistent basis.

Comcast first won the crown in 2010 and it is only the second company to have ever received this award more than once, the report added.
