Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi on Saturday criticized Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal's introduction of Arun Jaitley as the deputy prime minister-in-waiting of the next NDA Government if it comes to power at the Centre.
"Everyone has a right to dream big. Hence, Prakash Singh Badal can also dream as well. He is forgetting the fact that he is the Punjab Chief Minister. It is the elected representatives who will decide who becomes what after the elections," Chaturvedi said.
On Friday, Badal introduced Arun Jaitley as the future deputy prime minister of India to people living in the border district of Attari, in what can potentially raise hackles within the BJP.
