Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday alleged that the Congress Party, which had run a failed government for ten years, is practicing the politics of obstruction as they are not able to digest the NDA regime's success.

"The Congress Party has positioned itself against the development of the nation. The country's politics is being polarised between those who want India to grow and benefit in this present global environment development, where economy all over the world is facing huge challenges," Jaitley told the media here.

"The Congress had run a failed government and, therefore, they do not want to see the colour of success coming to somebody else. That is why Congress politics will only be politics of obstruction," he added.

Meanwhile, the Finance Minister while talking about the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls said that the BJP definitely has an edge as compared to the other political parties in the election.
