The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday said the people will vote the Congress out in both Maharashtra and Haryana as the latter has given mis-governance and corruption in both states.
"The Congress has given mis-governance and corruption to the people in both Maharashtra and Haryana. The people will vote them out and BJP will emerge as new government in both the states," BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra told ANI here.
Patra also downplayed the Shiv Sena's criticism for the BJP.
Voting is presently underway across 288 assembly constituencies in Maharashtra, There are around 4,119 candidates in the fray.
The counting of voters will take place on October 19.
